Susan MacCallum Retirement

On September 15, 2026, we celebrated someone whose career has been defined by community, inclusion and making a real difference.

Susan MacCallum gave 37 years to Steps on Arthur, known in earlier years as the Colchester Community Workshops, including the last nine as Executive Director. After so many years of service to the organization and the people it supports, Susan retired this past June.

Susan, the Foundation you built here reflects years of hard work, dedication and genuine compassion. Your legacy speaks for itself.
